The Oneness Blessing is a non-denominational benediction that originates out of Southern India where it is known as Deeksha. It is a transfer of energy which over time is designed to bring about the State of Oneness to the recipient.

During the Oneness Blessing, a neurobiological shift in the brain is initiated that when complete enables the senses to be free from the interference of the mind. When the senses are unclouded by the mind's interpretations, a natural clarity of perception occurs with accompanying spontaneous feelings of joy, inner calmness and connection to the Oneness in everything.

The Blessing is given through a gentle laying-on of the hands for about one minute. Experiences during the Oneness Blessing vary, sometimes strong, sometimes subtle, sometimes delayed until even days later. The recipient may experience a tingling sensation in the head, a blissful energy flowing through the body, or sometimes nothing at all. Whatever the experience, the recipient can trust the process of Oneness has begun.

The Oneness Blessing may be transfered by anyone who has received the transmission and training at the Oneness University in India or the new campus on Fiji. The Blessing Giver works as an empty vessel for the energy to transfer to others.

Gabriella received the initiatory training in India in August 2006 and then returned in Januray 2007 for a deepening. In addition to offering the Blessing during each of the Meditation classes, the Blessing is given during private individual sessions with specific intentions to deepen the therapeutic and healing work of each client.
